Property Policy

• Guests are required to pay a 100% advance at the time of booking itself.
• Our standard check-in time is 1 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability, and may also attract an additional fee at the property’s discretion.
• This homestay is open for families with kids, groups, and couples.

• Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the home premises.
• If the guest/group behaviour is deemed unfit at the property, the  Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.
• Usage of alcohol and drugs is strictly banned inside and around the property.
• Outside food is  not allowed inside the premises
• Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM. Do not play loud music or cause nuisance, as the place is located in a village area. Please respect neighbors and the culture around.

Important Note: Boats to reach the property are available from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm only. Travellers are requested to plan their arrival before 5 pm.
