House Rules

We have jetties on both sides of the property. A wide pathway with a few stairs connects the jetties to the hotel, making access comfortable and easy.

The main boating point is approximately 50 feet away from one side of the property.
●
Another jetty is located at a distance of about 50 meters on the other side.
●
Parking is fully secured and managed by a third party. Charges are ₹100 per stay.
●
Luggage assistance at the parking area can be arranged by offering a small tip to the parking staff. From our hotel side, our team is always available to assist with luggage and other belongings free of charge.

Boat Charges: ₹300 per person, per side, on a shared basis.
●
Children aged 0–8 years travel free.
●
Boat Timings: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM daily. No guests will be received after 5:30 PM.

Google Maps: Please use the designated boating point location shared by the property.

Children: The property has natural slopes and uneven terrain. Parents are advised to supervise children, especially around open and sloped areas.

Elderly Guests: Due to the natural terrain and stepped landscape, some areas may require additional effort. Our staff will assist wherever possible.

Meals are not included in the room tariff.

Only items listed on the menu will be prepared. Outside food or special/custom items cannot be cooked.

Our restaurant is open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, offering guests ample time to enjoy freshly prepared meals in a relaxed setting.

Alcohol and smoking: Permitted only on private balconies and not in common areas, like restaurant, pool and play area.
●
Quiet Hours: Loud music must be stopped after 10:00 PM to maintain peace and privacy for all guests.
