Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. They set out the terms on which bookings at Hotel Panchtatva are accepted. These Terms and Conditions apply to bookings made directly through the Hotel Panchtatva website and payments processed through the applicable online payment gateway.

By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Hotel Panchtatva reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any revised terms will become effective once published on this website. Certain services, facilities, offers, or website features may be subject to additional terms, which will be communicated where applicable.
2. Early Check-Out
Guests who shorten their stay or depart before the original booked departure date may be subject to charges or penalties in accordance with the Cancellation Policy applicable to their booking.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Each booking and rate plan is subject to the cancellation conditions displayed at the time of booking.
3.1 One-Hour Free Cancellation
Guests who make a booking directly through the Hotel Panchtatva website without assistance from the Call Center may cancel the booking within 1 hour of making the booking without a cancellation charge, subject to the applicable booking conditions.
3.2 Refund Processing
Where a refund is applicable, it will generally be processed and credited to the original payment method or applicable bank account within 5–7 working days, after deduction of applicable 2–3% internet/payment processing charges.
Actual crediting time may vary depending on the guest's bank or payment service provider.
3.3 Bookings Made Within 21 Days of Check-In
The above refund provisions do not apply to bookings made when the check-in date falls within 21 days from the date of booking confirmation, unless specifically stated otherwise in the applicable rate or offer.
3.4 Strict Cancellation Policy
Bookings made under a Strict Cancellation Policy are non-cancellable, non-reschedulable, and non-refundable, unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of booking.
3.5 Partial Payments
Where only a partial payment has been received, the amount paid may be treated as non-refundable, subject to the terms displayed for the applicable booking.
3.6 Peak Dates
Cancellations may not be accepted for specified peak periods, including Christmas, New Year, and other dates designated by the Hotel. The applicable restrictions will be displayed at the time of booking.
3.7 Date Changes and Rescheduling
Requests to change the booking dates are subject to availability and may result in additional charges, rate differences, or other applicable fees. A date change is not guaranteed unless confirmed by the Hotel.
3.8 NOCANCEL Coupon
Bookings made using a NOCANCEL coupon or non-refundable promotional offer are completely non-refundable. Rescheduling, where permitted, will attract a 100% rescheduling fee, unless otherwise specified in the applicable offer.
4. No-Show and Shortened Stay
Failure to check in on the reserved arrival date will be treated as a no-show and may result in a penalty in accordance with the Cancellation Policy applicable to the booked rate.
If a guest chooses to shorten their stay or check out before the original departure date, applicable charges or penalties may be imposed in accordance with the Cancellation Policy associated with the reservation.
Following cancellation, no-show, or early departure, Hotel Panchtatva is not obligated to provide an alternative reservation or guarantee the previously booked rate. Any new reservation will be subject to availability and the rates applicable at the time of the new booking.
5. Payment and Proof of Payment
Where payment is made through a method requiring separate confirmation, guests may be required to provide proof of payment to the Hotel's reservations department within 48 hours of booking.
The proof of payment should clearly mention the relevant reservation or booking confirmation number.
Guests are responsible for any applicable bank charges, transaction fees, currency-conversion charges, or other costs associated with transferring funds.
If required proof of payment is not received within the specified period, Hotel Panchtatva reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
The guest remains responsible for any applicable cancellation, no-show, or other charges arising from such cancellation.
Guests must ensure that all booking details and personal contact information provided at the time of reservation are accurate and complete.
6. Right to Cancel or Modify a Reservation
Hotel Panchtatva reserves the right to cancel, modify, or refuse a reservation where:
- Invalid or unauthorized payment or credit-card information has been provided;
- The Hotel reasonably suspects fraudulent, unlawful, misleading, or inappropriate activity;
- The reservation appears to have resulted from a technical, pricing, availability, or other obvious error;
- The booking does not comply with the Hotel's Terms and Conditions or applicable rate restrictions; or
- Cancellation or modification is otherwise necessary in accordance with applicable law or Hotel policy.
In such circumstances, the Hotel will take reasonable steps to communicate with the guest regarding the reservation.
7. Website Use
By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Hotel may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website, its content, services, or features without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
8. Website Linking
The following organizations may link to the Hotel Panchtatva website without prior written approval, provided that such links are lawful, do not misrepresent the relationship with Hotel Panchtatva, and do not damage the Hotel's reputation:
- Government agencies;
- Search engines;
- News organizations;
- Online directory distributors, where the link is provided in the ordinary course of directory listing; and
- System-wide accredited businesses, excluding organizations primarily engaged in soliciting for non-profit, charity shopping, or charity fundraising purposes.
Hotel Panchtatva reserves the right to withdraw permission for any link that it considers inappropriate or inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking through the Hotel Panchtatva website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions, including the applicable cancellation, payment, refund, and booking conditions displayed at the time of reservation.
Where there is a conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and a specific rate, promotional offer, or booking condition displayed at the time of booking, the specific booking condition applicable to that reservation shall prevail.
